Olio al Limone
Di Simone Olio al Limone is created by grinding fresh Sicilian lemons with the fruits of the Dritta and Leccino olive varieties in a stone mill. Containing no essences, this is an exquisite blend.
Olio al Limone truly stands out against other ‘infusions’ for it's intensity and taste. The term ‘integration’ would best describe the process. This intergrated oil is produced by crushing whole lemons together with the olives at the end of the annual harvest. This method is distinctive to Di Simone and because it is not an infusion, the quantities are pre-set at the end of each harvest.
Storage Information: To preserve the integrity of flavour, store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight. Olio agli Agrumi is naturally opaque in complexion and becomes denser below 10˚C. This does not affect product quality.
